No. The buying process is easy and straightforward. Of course, you can hire a professional if you think it is necessary.

No longer than 1 month.

How much deposit do I have to put down?

$500-$1,000 for each lot.

What is the purchase process?

1. Seller and Buyer Sign FRABAR vacant land contract.
2. Send the contract to a title company;
3. Title company contacts you for wiring deposit;
4. Buyer signs the closing document and wire the remaining fund;
5. Buyer receives the electronic deed, once the deal is closed;
6. Buyer receives the title insurance policy and paper Deed within
4-6 weeks after the closing.

There are no credit checks, no credit reporting, and everyone in the USA is qualified.

How do I make monthly payments to Seller?

Zelle, PayPal payment or personal check is accepted.

What is the selling process?

1. Owner fills out the property information online.
2. We (Sigma Infinity LLC) contact owner to negotiate the price and other terms.
3. Seller and Sigma Infinity LLC sign the FRABAR vacant land contract.
4. Our specialists inspect the property in the due diligence period.
5. The title company closes the transaction within 2-3 weeks.
6. Owner receives the fund from the title company.

Do you buy vacant land out of Florida?

Currently we only buy vacant land in Florida.

What do you inspect during the due diligence period?

Our specialists check utility, zoning, protective species, wetland, flood zone, community amenities etc.

Do you buy vacant land if the property has unpaid property taxes or HOA?

Yes. The title company will deal with those liens.
